Surveillance Plus offers large inventory or products and parts to add to your existing surveillance system. Our 5,000 square foot retail location showcases our most popular products. If you are looking to upgrade your existing system or add on for a larger system, check out our retail location or contact one of our experienced system engineers to discuss your upgrade options. We will take the time to listen to your needs, incorporate it with the correct equipment and go to work to find the right approved, licensed, installation contractor, for your unique install.
Technical Support
In our line of work we find there are some handy do-it-yourselfers out there. If you are interested in installing a system yourself or are having trouble with a new product or system, it's nice to know you have the experts on your side. Our Technical Support team is available to assist you in trouble-shooting your surveillance system to ensure it works properly.
System maintenance is usually minimal for the customer to perform, however we also offer extended maintenance agreements whereby we remotely monitor system status, and return to site multiple times annually to check system performance, clean lenses, and perform software upgrades. Please ask your Surveillance Plus representative about our Extended Maintenance and Warranty Agreement.
System Warranty
Surveillance Plus warrants your new system installed by one of our approved, licensed, installation contractors, for one-year on-site bumper to bumper. All Digital or Network Video Recorders are warranted for 18 months from date of purchase. The Installation contractor will respond on-site to fix any system problem at no charge including parts and labor during the first year. This only applies to equipment purchased from Surveillance Plus.
